Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

From 06th April 2009 all residential property coming onto the market for sale will need a full HIP in place before marketing can commence.

HIPs provide buyers with valuable information to kick start the buying process – such as a sale statement, local searches, evidence of title and an Energy Performance Certificate.

HIPs documents help us to give clients a clearer, up front picture of what’s being bought and sold.
