About Us

The Winners philosophy is based on my own experience in searching for a property, using traditional estate agents, in the Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire area. After several false starts, I took on a search and aquisition specialist to help me.

Their insight into the residential market and their understanding of my needs, as a purchaser, was instrumental in finding the right house for me. They made the whole process easy.

It’s about people

My experiences made me realise that estate agency is about people. Not just the vendor but also the potential buyer. If we understand both parties’ needs, what motivates them, what they aspire to and what makes them happy, then we will be much more effective when it comes to selling or letting the right property to the right person. Understanding people is at the core of our philosophy.

We talk to you

At Winners we have all the high tech IT and communication equipment that you would expect of a modern and successful business.

However, our people based philosophy means that, above all, we want to talk to you and get to know you, over the phone or, even better, face to face. That way you get to know us too, even if you are not actively planning to buy, sell, rent or let pick up the phone and give us a call. We would love to hear from you.
